How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the App Store on your iPhone โ†’ tap your profile icon โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ MORFYN โ†’ Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the billing period.

I was charged but my Pro features are not active.

Pull down to refresh the app, or go to Settings โ†’ Restore Purchases inside the app. If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID and we'll sort it out immediately.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Profile โ†’ Settings โ†’ Delete Account inside the app. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. If you need help, email us at [email protected].

The AI photo analysis is not working correctly.

Make sure the photo is well-lit and the food is clearly visible. For complex dishes, try taking the photo from directly above. If the issue continues, please email us with a screenshot.

Can I use MORFYN on Android?

MORFYN is currently available on iOS only. Android support is on our roadmap โ€” follow us for updates.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Install the app, sign in with the same account, then go to Profile โ†’ Settings โ†’ Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
