Open the App Store on your iPhone โ tap your profile icon โ Subscriptions โ MORFYN โ Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the billing period.
Pull down to refresh the app, or go to Settings โ Restore Purchases inside the app. If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID and we'll sort it out immediately.
Go to Profile โ Settings โ Delete Account inside the app. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. If you need help, email us at [email protected].
Make sure the photo is well-lit and the food is clearly visible. For complex dishes, try taking the photo from directly above. If the issue continues, please email us with a screenshot.
MORFYN is currently available on iOS only. Android support is on our roadmap โ follow us for updates.
Install the app, sign in with the same account, then go to Profile โ Settings โ Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be restored automatically.
